I was in a group of people at the time and someone that felt close to me but present like a person I do not like was giving me a hug and then pushed me away to attend to someone younger than me when I was the one in pain and crying. She told me do not make me choose between you and the kids you are okay you always need comfort you are okay. Then it cuts to me Leah and Cynthia going to a facility that has someone’s aunt in ti, I think it was Cynthias aunt or person that she knows or are related to. It was Aunt Sarah or Be-something. We ate lunch there and Cynthia kept getting up to talk to this table that was next to us not sure about what. When then went to Aunt whoever’s room and she looked a lot like My granny that passed a few years ago. She told me that her and my granny were good friends and that she went on to glory and that she was watching over me. I think she held my hand or it felt like that. She was laying down in her bed in this facility and it was just like she was staring at me or through to my heart or soul.
Dreams often weave together our emotions, experiences, and subconscious thoughts, creating rich narratives that can be complex and layered. The elements of your dream suggest a deep reflection on feelings of support, abandonment, and connection to those who are no longer with us.
The Group Setting: Being in a group of people signifies your social dynamics and can represent feelings of belonging or exclusion. The presence of someone you feel close to but who embodies qualities of a person you do not like may indicate inner conflict. This duality could symbolize a relationship in your waking life where you feel ambivalence—perhaps someone who wants to be supportive but triggers negative feelings within you.
The Hug and Push Away: The act of being hugged and then pushed away is significant. It could represent feelings of rejection or a perceived lack of support when you need it most. The statement, "Do not make me choose between you and the kids," suggests that you may feel encouraged to prioritize others over your own feelings or needs, reflecting a fear of being seen as "needy" or burdensome. It highlights your emotional struggle, especially when you feel vulnerable (“you are okay, you always need comfort”), perhaps pointing to a need for validation and understanding that isn't currently being met.
Aunt Sarah or Be-something: Transitioning to the scene with Leah and Cynthia in a facility indicates a search for connection and care. This facility could symbolize a place of healing or comfort, where the characters represent supportive figures in your life. The mention of Aunt Sarah, who resembles your deceased granny, indicates a longing for guidance and love that feels absent. The presence of a familiar face, especially one from your past, serves as a reminder of the stability and comfort you may be seeking.
Connection with the Deceased: The interaction with Aunt Sarah seems significant, as she connects to your granny. The statement that they were friends and that she is watching over you carries themes of protection and love. It can reflect a sense of reassurance that you are not alone in your struggles, even when those who loved you may no longer be present in the physical realm.
Lunch and Interactions: Sharing lunch signifies community and connection. Cynthia’s interaction with others could represent your feelings about social interactions—perhaps you're seeking connections but feel overlooked or sidelined, as indicated by her getting up frequently.
Emotional Reflection: The imagery of Aunt Sarah staring into your soul suggests introspection and the need for emotional healing. It reflects your subconscious desire to confront your feelings of pain, vulnerability, and the need for comfort and understanding from both your community and the memories of loved ones.
In summary, this dream appears to be addressing your current emotional state, highlighting a struggle between the need for support versus the fear of being a burden. It emphasizes the importance of connection and healing while also offering reassurance that love and support can transcend even the toughest challenges, including the loss of loved ones. It might be beneficial to explore these feelings further in your waking life and reach out to those who resonate with your need for support.
